The human immune system is one of the most important systems in the organism of every living being. It plays an extremely important role together with the endocrine and nervous systems. The immune system regulates the balance of the internal environment through the detection, identification and destruction of foreign substances of main biological origin. This group of foreign substances primarily includes bacteria (they cause a number of different diseases), fungi, viruses and other pathogenic microorganisms. Without adequate protection, every living being would quickly succumb to various diseases.
The immune system itself is very complicated. Care constitutes an extremely well-adapted defensive entity consisting of a multitude of cells and molecules capable of recognizing and removing various foreign bodies. The reaction of resistance to external attacks is carried out by the cells themselves (cell immunity) and special molecules – antibodies (humoral immunity).
Immune cells capable of destroying other people’s actions are the first to encounter the intervention (that which attacks the organism), identify it and destroy it. Special cells of the immune system, called T-lymphocytes, destroy tumor cells, bacteria and viruses. These cells have a special ability to remember. This means that only one contact with a pathogenic organism is enough for the information about it to be remembered in the cells themselves. This ability of cells to „memory“ is the basis of human and animal vaccination as a means of protection against disease. Cells of the immune system called B-lymphocytes are responsible for the synthesis of antibodies (immunoglobulins). These are special proteins in the body that are present in the blood, „nice“ microorganisms for each other and expel them from the internal environment. The so-called deserve special attention. cells – „natural killers“ whose huge role is in destroying cancer cells.
In addition to the aforementioned defense mechanisms, there is also a protein called interferon in the body. It is an „antiviral“ protein, secreted by a virus-infected cell. Interferon spreads throughout the body, sticks to the membranes of healthy cells, and thus protects them from virus attacks.
It is generally known that a person’s natural immunity can be reduced as a result of living conditions: unhealthy environment, stress, cold, burn, intoxication (blood poisoning), excessive use of tobacco, alcohol, blood loss due to surgical interventions, trauma, starvation, improper and unbalanced nutrition, frequent intake of chemical drugs, insufficient sleep and low-quality rest, etc.
Accordingly, it is easy to conclude that a large number of people today have a reduced level of immunity.
Program to strengthen the immune system:
1 month
Hlebina (perga) dissolve 2-3 dragees 2-3 times a day in your mouth 30-40 minutes before eating (one package of Hlebina is enough for 2 months)
Take Api-hit 5 drops in a glass of water 1 hour before meals 3 times a day.
2 months
continue with Bread 2-3 dragees 2-3 times a day dissolve in the mouth 30-40 minutes before eating (as long as the package lasts)
Dissolve Extra-Befungin ½ teaspoon 3 times a day in your mouth 30-40 minutes before meals.
Ei-pi-vi 2-3 drops in a glass of water 30 minutes before meals 3 times a day.
